Responsibilities:
- Able to work independently and self motivated.
- Help to build up good customer relationship at site.
- Provide technical support for computer hardware & software trouble shooting and networking issues.
- Able to provide support through phone or on-site at client premises.
- Provide sound advice to clients on suitable IT products to meet their needs.
- Be able to learn and support new hardware & software systems.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge in computer assembly (laptop), configuration & trouble-shooting.
- Good knowledge of network.
- Multi-task worker with positive attitude,can work under pressure.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Salary based on Service Basis
- Working time flexible but need to be on call
- Must be willing to work in Penang
