- Experienced and able to cook all variety of Western/Malay/Thai Menu
- Possess at least SPM, Diploma in Hotel Management preferably with experience in Food&Beverage, Restaurant Service or equivalent
- Mature and a team player with excellent culinary skills
- Excellent communication skills,inter-personal and food preparation
- Energetic with presentable appearance
- Oversee food preparation as well as good quality food to meet customers expectations
- Strict compliance to Health and Safety regulation requirements
