- To handle front desk duties including receiving and welcoming customers.
- Handling enquiries & bookings receive via website, email, phone calls or walk-in customers.
- Handling customer request & complaints.
- Handling point of sale system, reporting system, daily sales reports & closing.
- Administration of courses offered & membership programs.
- Sale of in-house products & services.
- Able to work on public holidays (with 2x or 3x paid).
Requirements :
- Malaysian.
- Female only.
- Minimum SPM holder.
- Preferably with working experience in customer service environment.
- Possess good telephone etiquette, good communication and interpersonal
- skills and computer literate.
- Conversant in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Welcome SPM leaver.
