Immediate Vacancy (Temporary Admin Assistant) - 4 months contract

Responsibilities:
1. Delivery order (DO) issuing, packing, picking and warehouse housekeeping.
2. Receiving and quality checking (QC).
3. Perform document filling for audit purpose.
4. To conduct weekly cycle count and quarterly stock take.
5. To assist in the loading and unloading of reach trucks and containers and in the transfer, palletizing, sorting and stacking of stocks.
6. Any ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior.
Working duration : May - Aug 2016
Working day :Monday - Friday (9.30am - 6.30pm) & Saturday (9.00am - 1.00pm)
