Job Description:
· Deliver excellent customer service and customer management, at all times
· Present service, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards
· Assist in keeping the game center clean and tidy, at all times
· Keep up to date with current promotions and new products/services
· Make customers aware of offers and promotions
· Speak to customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their experience
· Manage the opening and/or closing of the game center
· Be responsible for cash-management issues
· Monitor and manage maintenance issues
· Manage office administration as instructed
· Manage and maintain correct staffing levels
· Identify and take an active role in the recruitment of new staff members
· Deal with customer complaints in a professional manner
· Maintain accurate stock control, including ordering, delivery checks, and wastage
· Assist in achieving all financial targets set
· Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training
· Always adhere to all company policies and procedures and licensing laws
· Be involved and contribute at team meetings
· Carry out instructions given by the management team and head office
