- Discussion with debtors on repayment scheme or restructuring of loan to update arrears
- Explain and clarify with customers on non-payment and/or other service/product issues
- Minimum SPM with at least 1 year of working experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
