We are a newly-opened restaurant/café in Taman Maluri, Cheras. Being the only restaurant with this concept in the area, we require a crew with the passion and drive to push our business to greater heights. We specialise in Malaysian fusion cuisine, with a great influence from classic Malaysian delicacies.
Job Description
Service Crew
- To prepare drinks, ranging from coffee to fresh smoothies and juices. (On-site training provided)
- To manage orders and present menu to customers (we utilise an order-at-counter system)
- To operate POS system (We are using a very simple iPad POS system)
- Clean up and maintain high standards of hygiene
Kitchen Crew
- To work under supervision of Head Chef
- Experience in Hot Kitchen is mandatory
Pastry Chef
- Daily baking of new products
- Cake decoration and baking
- Cookie baking
- Bread baking
- To prepare dishes which fall under pastry division
Requirements
Service Crew
Minimum SPM and above
18 years of age
Responsible and trustworthy
Fluent in English
Passionate about working in the service industry
Able to learn new recipes and work under pressure
Has own transport
Kitchen Crew
Minimum diploma in respective field
Minimum 20 years of age
Able to work under pressure
Has own transport
Pastry Chef
Minimum diploma in respective field- FRESH GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED!
