QUICK SERVICE RESTAURANT:
1. Operations manager.
a. 30 years and above.
b. A degree in business related field.
c. Experience with a QSR restaurant and knowledge of SOPs.
d. Must be willing to travel.
e. Franchise restaurant would be an advantage.
f. Must be able to devise systems for operations and training.
g. Will be responsible for P&L and performance of the company.
h. Must be able to coordinate the growth and expansion of the business.
i. Knowledge of A&P.
2. RESTAURANT SUPERVISORS:
a. Experience with QSR restaurants.
b. Ability to train, manage and do stock take and reports.
3. CREW MEMBERS:
No experience required, but must be able to work shifts and willing to
learn.
HALAL CHINESE RESTAURANT.
1. Restaurant manager.
a. 3 to 5 years experience preferably in halal authentic Chinese cuisine.
b. Ability to work independently.
CHINESE ROAST COUNTER SERVICE RESTAURANT:
1. Manager.
a. Ability to manage the POS.
b. Responsible for opening and closing of the restaurant.
