Part time admin officer position available, RM10-15 per hour.

  • Answer all incoming calls and follow-up as necessary.
  • Follow-up on clients.
  • Working with clients on a daily basis, collecting documentation, etc.
  • Work as a liaison between clients and internal departments, i.e. accounting, etc.
  • Typing, filing, sending correspondence, etc.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Provide general support to clients.


  • Requires strong verbal and written communication skills. Self initiator, with ability to problem solve. Also requires the ability to maintain an approachable, friendly demeanor and work with competing priorities and demands.
  • Must organized and task oriented, able to work in a fast - paced, team oriented environment with multiple deadlines, and adapt readily to changing priorities.
  • Requires excellent people skills and the ability to build and maintain positive, supportive and loyalty to the company.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, flexibly, and responsively with the ability to work with diverse work styles.
  • Ability to learn new software and procedures quickly.
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma,Pre-U/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu
