Ninth Gallery is a new lifestyle concept store in Publika features essential lifestyle products and also offers premium tea latte. The store is divided into two zones, which are the merchandize area and the Tea Zone area. The Tea Zone offers premium tea latte, mocktails, cold brew tea and etc while the merchandize area features premium stationery and designer creative lifestyle products from Japan, Europe, United States and Taiwan.

Job Responsibilities :

• Welcome customers to the store and answering their queries.
• Assess customers need, provide assistance and information on product feature.
• Actively seek out customers in store.
• Maintain merchandize zone's cleanliness and always in presentable condition.
• Ensure all customers are served to the best of your abilities.
• Daily basic duties.
• Passion for stationery and lifestyle products.
• Carry strong knowledge on products' feature, designer, brand stories and etc
• Provide excellent sales service.
• Ensure customers satisfaction.
