Customers Services & Management Executive ( Full Time - Outbound Contact Center )

Job Description
  • Update membership benefits & personal informations.
  • Collect public survey opinion polis
  • Resolve & response members' issues / complaints
  • Record members' feedback & compose remark
Job Responsibilities
  • Follow up daily task promptly & achieve personal target
  • Fulfil client's need & increase productivity volume
Job Requirements
  • Msia, Age 18 - 28
  • Min SPM level
  • Good communication in Mandarin. Fluent in - English / dialect will be taken as advantage element
  • Preferably with some customer service experiences
  • Training will be provided for those with no similar working experience.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in KL area.
Basic Salary
- RM 1500 - RM 1800

Language Allowance
- RM 300 ( For Mandarin speaker only )

KPI
- Up to RM 500

Other Awards
- RM 100 - RM 2000

Meal Allowance
- RM 40 per weekend day

EPF & SOCSO Provided

Working Time
  • 5 days in a week ( 10am - 7pm )
  • Public Holiday off
