Job Description
- Update membership benefits & personal informations.
- Collect public survey opinion polis
- Resolve & response members' issues / complaints
- Record members' feedback & compose remark
- Follow up daily task promptly & achieve personal target
- Fulfil client's need & increase productivity volume
- Msia, Age 18 - 28
- Min SPM level
- Good communication in Mandarin. Fluent in - English / dialect will be taken as advantage element
- Preferably with some customer service experiences
- Training will be provided for those with no similar working experience.
- Applicants must be willing to work in KL area.
- RM 1500 - RM 1800
