* Supervising the use of the facility by all Camp5 members
* Ensuring the safety of patrons of Camp5 at all times
*Providing customer service assistance to patrons and visitors of Camp5
* Efficiently staffing all aspects of operations including the register and rental desks in accordance with Camp5 policies and procedures
* Equipment inspection and maintenance, other general duties
* Enforcing Camp5's Gym Rules
* Assisting where necessary in running of Camp5 climbing programs
*Actively promoting sales of memberships and climbing programs/courses
* Attending training sessions and meetings as required
*Coordinating unsupervised Try Climbing (Taster) sessions
