Working Hours: 8am – 5:45pm
Working Days: Monday – Saturday (off 1st & 3rd Saturday)
Location: Prima Selayang
Salary: RM3,000 – 3,300
Requirement & Job Scope:
1. Must have more than 5 years' experience in handling company's account
2. Monitor Bank Statement, prepare Bank Reconciliation
3. Monitor company cash flow collection & payment
4. Liaise with banking related matters, including TT / IVF / OD
5. Update company fixed asset and monthly stock record
6. Responsible for company's Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Journal Entry task.
7. Perform monthly payroll using accounting system. In charge of claiming of employee, monthly submission of statutory report (EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax)
8. Liaise with auditor, tax agency and government body on statutory reporting matters
9. Well verse in accounting, taxation and have knowledge in GST processes
10. Able to converse in Mandarin, English & Malay
