Job Description:
· Prepare the game properly for the customer
· Monitor the games and be attentive to customers needs
· Maintain the safety and behavior of all playing customers
· Responsible for all of the playing equipment
· Must be knowledgeable about all game and house rules
· Deliver excellent customer service and customer management, at all times
· Present service, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards
· Assist in keeping the game center clean and tidy, at all times
· Keep up to date with current promotions and new products/services
· Make customers aware of offers and promotions
· Speak to customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their experience
· Deal with customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
· Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training
· Always adhere to all company policies and procedures and licensing laws
· Be involved and contribute at team meetings
· Carry out instructions given by the management team and head office
