Responsibilities:

• Speak to customers and communicate their issues to the management
• Manage accounts and provide a summary to your supervisor at the end of the day
• Manage junior employees and delegate workload to them
• Data entry and other administrative tasks assigned to you

• Hostel Provided
• One week 6 days, 1 day off
• Full Shift (9.30am - 10pm), Morning Shift (9.30am - 7pm), Noon shift (12.30pm - 10pm)
• Basic Salary + OT + Allowance
