Job Description:
  • Understand and perform multi stations of Service / Kitchen / Kaiten area
  • Duty roster planning, handle staff/customer complaints or issues
  • Role model to staff and train them on all staff functions
  • Control labour cost / inventory / wastage / cash / product yields.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by the Chef / Manager
Requirements :
  • Fresh Graduate with University degrees
  • Preferably with work experience in Restaurant or Service Industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and effectively bilingual
  • A positive team player who is able to work well under pressure
  • Possess strong customer service, result-oriented mindset
  • Possess strong analytical skills and good business acumen
  • Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
  • Must be able to handle non halal food
  • Candidates with culinary experience and have passion in culinary is highly recommended to apply for Management Trainee Kitchen.
