Description

1. To drive the Sales Promoter team in achieving the sell-out sales target, ensuring the effective implementation campaigns, quality merchandising and displays.
2. To work closely with the Sales Manager in setting sell-out sales targets.
3. To develop and conduct training for the Sales Promoters with focus on merchandising skills, customer service skills, problem solving and product knowledge.
4. To work closely with the Sales Manager and Group Corporate Affairs Team to ensure execution of merchandising materials.
5. To continuously monitor competitive activities and suggest necessary action/s to protect or enhance company’s overall market share, both in units and value.
6. To follow up orders and coordinate on goods receiving, stock updates and other activities.
7. To prepare monthly sales report, verify promoter report for accuracy and provide timely feedback to both Sales and Group Corporate Affairs teams on key competitive activities.
8. To actively identify potential sales promoters for future recruitment when needed and also ensure that the potential candidate meet company’s expectations on work experience and attitude.
9. To work closely with personnel of other departments in order to strengthen our overall market position.
10. Salary range from RM3,000 to RM5,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, preferable with diploma in any discipline
• Experience in managing a team of Sales Promoters will be added advantage
• IT literate, multi-lingual, well groomed & possess own transport
• Hard working, independent and self-motivated in nature
