SheerSecret Skincare Promoter RM6-RM8/Hour @ the Curve, Mutiara Damansara

Responsibilities:

1. Address customers’ concerns and queries as well as to promote the various products and service available.
2. To provide excellent customer service to all customers
3. Maintain the overall presentation of the counter with proper housekeeping and products display
4. Achieving sales target and boosting sales

Requirements:

• Preferably good proficiency in spoken English
• Well-groomed at all times
• Presentable outlook and disposition, warm and charismatic personality
• Self-motivated, sales-driven, good customer service and optimistic
• Good interpersonal skills and team player
• Able to work retail hours, public holidays and/or weekends. Preferably able to work on weekend or one weekend & one weekday (min 2days a week).
• Hourly paid with commission (PH: 1.5times of normal rate)
• Sales hit above 70% of monthly target, higher commission payout
• Products and hands on sales training provided
