Job Scope
* Introduce the variety of services to potential clients
* Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and explain our courses to them in person or through the telephone
* Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
* Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
* Other ad hoc tasks as directed by senior offices
Personal Specification
* Basic level of English and Chinese (Cantonese is desirable)
* Able to use basic email functions
* Familiar with various Internet browsers (i.e. Chrome and IE)
* Familiar with basic functions of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Strong basic numeracy (adding, subtracting, dividing and multiplying)
* Good keyboard skills to accurately input information into database
* Able to learn quickly when being trained by senior officers
* Able to work with minimal supervision and use common sense when making decisions
* High accuracy and attention to detail in order to deal with mundane and repetitive tasks without sacrificing quality
* Able to work under pressure during busy periods
Terms and Conditions
* Upon hiring, you MUST be able to commit until the end of May or October (whichever month comes first)
* One month notice is required if you wish to leave
Starting Salary
RM5 per hour + Performance Related Pay + Commission RM5 is to cover your time spent in the office. For each course that you sold, you will receive a one off RM30 commission. You must be flexible and willing to take on any ad hoc duties as directed by managing partners and senior administrator.
